Custom Content & Your Responsibility

You are responsible for all text, images, and design details you submit (names, dates, spelling, graphics). We are not liable for errors that you approved or that appear in materials you provided. Please review proofs and confirmations carefully before production.

Rights to Custom Content

You grant us a limited license to use your submitted content only to produce and fulfill your order and to improve our services. We do not claim ownership of your personal designs or text; we do retain rights in our own templates, patterns, and branding.

Orders, Shipping & Timing

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorthGate Laser Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any order. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Intellectual Property

Our website, logos, product names, and original designs are our intellectual property. You may not copy or use them without our written permission. Custom work we create for you remains ours unless we agree otherwise in writing.
